Autonicity builds and runs software, and offers IT services: systems administration, automation, software development and web services. These terms cover this website, the apps we offer and the tips you can leave for them. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Athena and Maps are free to use. Each app has its own terms, which apply as well when you use it: see Athena’s terms. Maps is a preview: it may change or be unavailable at times, and some of its information may be missing or out of date.
A tip is a voluntary thank-you that helps keep the apps running. It doesn’t buy anything, unlock features or create an account, and the apps are the same with or without one. A tip isn’t a donation to a charity and isn’t tax-deductible. Our payment provider takes the payment on its own page; we never see your card or bank details.
Tips. If you tipped by mistake or the wrong amount, email us within 14 days of the payment and we’ll refund it in full. Tell us the date, the amount and the email address you paid with. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, and usually show there within 5 to 10 business days. Tips aren’t refunded after 14 days.
IT services. These are paid by invoice, and the written agreement for each job decides any refunds.
We quote each job and agree it with you in writing before we start, then invoice for it. That agreement sets out the work, the price and the payment terms.
This website and the apps are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Autonicity is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
